Casa Asia is participating for the second year in the 8th edition of ImagineIndia Madrid Indian Film Festival. A selection of ten films chosen from the most prominent film production in India, will be screened at the Tagore Auditorium of Casa Asia Barcelona.

After seven successful years in Madrid, this selection of the best ImagineIndia Festival can be seen at Casa Asia from 13th to 24th of July : from indian independent cinema to Bollywood dances, through author documentaries and classics of indian cinema with Satyajit Ray in the lead. Directors like Shyam Benegal or Shivajee Chandrabushan are the best exponents of indian cinema in Bombay, but now made the realm outside of what is known as Popular Hindi Cinema or Bollywood, opting for a high quality movies like Frozen, Mumbai Meri Jaan or Iqbal.

The inauguration will be attended by Menene Gras (Director of Culture and Exhibition Casa Asia) and Qazi Abdur Rahim (Director of ImagineIndia), on Monday 13th July at 19:00. After the presentation the movie Frozen will be projected.
